The Oxford vax shows 65% efficiency when administered at regular dose. But 90% when someone accidentally administered half dose to recipients in tests.
That's old news. New news is that the half dose test that pushed it over the 90% bar making it competitive again wasn't administered to anyone over age 55.
While Pfizer has been tested on thousands of 65+ recipients.
