It's a tough world.
The other day I was reading about 3 million hafiz in BD fighting to get a Tarawi post in 300,000 mosques in BD. Obviously not everyone will get one, and 80% won't. And that's a "problem".
If getting appointed in a mosque was the main intention in being a Hafiz, then the market is over saturated for that. And the future generation should note it before travelling this line.
That wasn't your mission? Then why fight for these posts?

The world is a tough place and you need to be the "best" in your field to survive, or lead a comfortable life.
And to be the best you need to choose a career path that you "love". It doesn't matter whether it has a high future demand. As long as you love your work, your skills will top.
And when you are the best skilled in your job, you won't be starved of work.
