Trump has black listed Iran's military as terror org. Big step. Right now Iran has warned US ships not to approach its vessels. But threats like these had been delivered previously. Without much fruit.
At one point Iran will have nothing to lose. Things might change then. How far that might be is anyone's guess. But steps like these are pushing it to that back-on-wall point.
