The pilot engaged the autopilot during takeoff, instructing it to maintain current altitude and go to destination.
The problem was : the plane's altitude was then only 400 ft from ground, touching any high rise building 40 floors tall. At this altitude the plane travelled a distance of 10 km at a very high speed of 500 kmph.
Until the pilot realized his mistake and corrected the situation.
