I have a feeling this one was a prank call. Someone called in and informed that this flight carries a hidden hijacker. As a result it has been grounded, all passengers removed and now probably is going through interrogation.
This is my guess following Indian news.
Not sure what the true situation is though.

This came in the wake of earlier news today that all airports in India have been alerted of an upcoming attack and some airports have been closed as a result. That was in India, today.
Right now, the news is that all passengers from the plane have been removed. Not sure of the lone hijacker.
