As has happened the last time when FB was blocked, FB is now a bare land. Yes, you can access it using VPN and proxy. But

a lot of the users have lost their IDs using Tor and ucbrowser [which uses tor].

most can't use VPN or proxy.

other don't like the hassle of starting a VPN, and therefore are visiting less.

Plus, with the arrests for using FB, it's no longer worth it.
