Which brings up the new question. Why couldn't, say India, build a new city on its land like Dubai? And why do Indians have to travel to Arab land to build sky scrappers? And no, Dubai doesn't have oil. And land requirement is tiny for a Dubai, Singapore or Hong Kong like economy.
The answer is bad government policies. At least the "not so intelligent" Arabs did something right. They know how to build nations, economy and prosperity even without working, which Indians can't, even working.
