Good read. People fear too much on "what if someone gets my source code?" They introduce complicated securities on that fear, which hamper development.
Your source code is useless for everyone beside your team. No one can take it, change it and then build their own app over it. You won't have done such over someone else's sources. Others won't do either.
It's faster to write from scratch, than to understand someone else's sources. Understanding takes time.
