Build the base using bricks and concrete as usual.
The frame over it will be from steel, instead of RCC or wood. And the roof tin as usual, over a frame.

Good business idea for the young regardless. You need to take these bold un-conventional steps to be successful. That success won't come over night, but its a gradual ascend.
For idea, search the net watching what others are doing elsewhere in the world. Every new success story I read recently has something to do with someone watching a video on youtube and then planning to implement that in BD.
