Bip and Signal aren't really FB or Twitter replacement. These are chat apps. The best you can do is group discussion. And even then you need to share the group id personally with one another.
You can't just come out of nowhere, browse and follow people you like on those platforms.
I see that Gab is the only exception. It is Twitter/FB copy cat. A social media.
