Take sufficient amount of Vitamin D. Its effectiveness against Covid is now proven. The initial skeptics are giving in. Plus take Calcium with it. Talk to a doc, or search the net for details.

Note that no one died in the shanties in Dhaka. All deaths are from those that have dug themselves up in shaded buildings outside the touch of sun.
