Polar vortex collapsing this year too. This late-winter might bring in extremely chilling cold like previous years in EU and USA.
It's more like a continental sized tornado that spins around a horizontal axis, pulling down cold air from above the atmospheric level from one side, while pushing up hot surface air into space from the other.
Reminds me of The Day After Tomorrow.
