Current theory running across the hopeful community :
Trump didn't concede in any of his speeches yet. He said "will make peaceful transition on 20th Jan."
By that he meant, he will get rid of Mike Pence VP and fire most of the team that didn't co-operate with him in this saga. And then transit to a new administration while still being the president.
No joke. That's what large number of folks are believing.
