How to end endless discussions?
Man proposes "write RFC" rule. Want to say something? Write a RFC [ request for comment ] with proper structure and completeness. And your opinion will be put up along with the one you are criticizing.
That stops a lot of hate trolls and one line comments from no-ones. Come on who cares to take time to write a RFC because they hate something? Only those few who do care.
Added that Rust already follows this technique and finding value in it.
