Whenever I enter any shop, asking for something the seller measures me and then ask "Which one do you want? We have good, best, very best."
That's a way to measure how much you are willing to spend. I cut short the conversation, "Give me the cheapest one. The lowest priced one. Absolute minimal cost regardless of quality."
Sellers get a bit astonished for a moment for what I look like vs what I am asking for. But by then I have cut short the 20 minutes of haggling into 4 words.
Things don't take much long from there.

Note to newbies, it's the same product all over the shelves. The difference is "made to view like better" to make sure you spend how much you can afford, and not because you are getting anything better for the higher price.
