Math w/o calculators :

Being able to perform logarithm and anti-log in your head will enable you to solve complex scientific calculations without any calculator.

Thought I was trying to do it alone, then searched the net to figure out it's a standard practice within the community who does it.

But the technique mentioned in the link above requires a lot of mental math which I ain't capable of carrying out, even though it gives 4 digit significant results.

Follows the one I find easier which gives two significant digits.

Memorize this series.

Here logarithm of each value is +0.1 above the previous one. And memorizing this list is easy. You can see the value of PI in the center for 0.5 and the rest are basically full numbers.

With this list you can get results where error rate is around 1%. Good for most work.
