YMCA was active in Dhaka, BD in the 80s. Regular newspaper ads. And at that time if someone needed a language training in Dhaka he had two options and one of them was YMCA.

I had been watching this tune on TV since the 70s as filler music between programs. Catchy tune but didn't know what that meant.
