Now why was the poor African country of Sudan in the black list in the first place?
Because OBL was residing in Sudan when he attacked two US Emba***es in 1998. It isn't needed that Sudan gov had to do anything with it. Just that it was hosting OBL out of sympathy. That's all. Leading to payment of half a billion 20 years later.
The same goes for Talib**s. They didn't a**ack US. Just that they were hosting OBL out of sympathy. That lead to fall of their kingdom 20 years back.
Your *friend* won't be beside you in your war. Don't let him start a war you don't want. As you will be responsible for your friends deeds. So watch who you empathize with. Who you befriend.
