Didn't fare that well in A-level because he provided too much time on hobby electronics. But nevertheless managed to enter a private university.
The thing is he knew his job. Did best in interview. And now working for Google.
You can do that too. Don't let others pull you down when you believe you "can".
Don't take advice from random people. Do what you believe you can do.
