Uses water as coolant.
A 12V water pump as compressor.
A heat sink as condenser.
Also physics : ACs don't cool magically. It always works like a heat pump that picks up head from one place and throws that out into another.
Any system that doesn't have a clear isolated place where the heat will be thrown out is fake.
