Ring security camera. Indoor drone that flies over your house. Looks out of sci-fi books but doubtful how it will detect an intruder.
Note that drones can't fly more than 10 minutes without needing a recharge. It's not that it will hover around all day. Recharging will take at least 30 minutes.
