Nvidia had a second failed launch with Geforce RTX 3080. Failed in the sense that demand outstripped supply hugely so as not to be available in the market in any practical sense.
Price : $700.
Cuda cores : 9000.
RAM : 10GB.
Watt : 300.
But you need a supply like 3 times that wattage for it to work properly. i.e. Fulfill power requirement spikes. 900 watts.
Compare it with a 1 ton AC. 1000 watt.
I still think GTX 1080 has the best bang for the buck.
