Trashed the old AC and connected this one today. The old one was a Whirlpool that ran for 10 years but not without a large cost every year for keeping it up.
Lesson : ACs aren't worth maintaining. Trash the old one when it gets out of order and buy new. And buying expensive ones aren't worth it either, as you will soon trash it anyway.
