Mecca-Medina high way.
It's called "Tariq al-Hijrah" translating to "the road of Hijrah" because this road was built tracing exactly the same way that was taken by the Prophet ﷺ during his Hijrah (migration) from Mecca to Medina. Not the shortest straight line way.
And all Hajjis are transported over this road.
