Mua Thai. There wasn't any mua thai when I was young and really cared about these things. It was all Kung Fu and Judo. Mua Thai was made popular later possibly through Obng Bang or something [didn't watch, gave up on watching by then]
But this one looks brutal and more practical than Kung Fu. King Fu is more like a show than real street fight.
But boxing crosses it all in real life. And want something even more practical? Start practicing with a knife.
