This one is the exit door from the resident portion. Used a magnetic lock and door closer. Door opens on fingerprint or RFID card.
It's better than the conventional system of lock and key used in other buildings around as
- Once you lose a key, you don't need to make another costing Tk. 100. Where cards cost about Tk. 10 and are instantly available. And you can cancel a card. You can't cancel a lost key.
- If you forget the key, you can use your fingerprint anyway.
