Roads are still pretty empty today. Though it's an office day and around 11:00 am all the roads generally stood still in heavy traffic. I would say only 40% of economic activities have revived.
There was a circulation in newspaper that anybody entering a bank must wear mask. Otherwise he can't enter? Thought that would be a good opportunity for me to play a GTA styled bank robber scene by entering a bank wearing a mask.
Only to figure out they let me in without a mask and the counter had a big sign "For your security and face recognition, please take off your mask."
