40% of the country is now underwater.
Last month, satellite image showed 30% underwater.
The road outside our home isn't underwater yet.
But, area just 2 km east from our home is. I am speaking of the capital city.
Compare with 70% of the country going underwater in 1988 and 1998.
In both the years the road outside our home went like 3 to 4 feet underwater.
Sometime in 2004 and 2006 the road went underwater too, but only like 6 inches.
