If Russia and China both come up with a vaccine at the same time, I would have more trust on the Russian one than the China's one.
The Russians are intelligent. The reason why they haven't been able to rule the world has more to do with their stubbornness that made them fight within themselves, instead of unite and conquer.
Also this communism thing. They couldn't figure out the hollowness of it, in spite of all their intelligence.
