Also note, Dubai historically didn't have much oil. Therefore they built the nation on trade, free trade. And "free trade" is something that dumbs don't understand -- which Dubai executed perfectly. Take the opposite example from BD.
There are problems with many of their things, maybe a lot of problems. But some bright lights do shine over it.
