Today's policy shaking news is that Saudi increased its VAT from 5% to 15%, triple the previous amount.
This comes from a state, that before recent times considered with state sanctioned scholars declaration that VAT is completely un-Islamic and one of the major crimes.
Not complaining. But mark the shifts. And watching shifts in rulings is one of my pastime.

- The time is gone. It takes 2 months for agents to rent home and it's supposed to end in Ramadan. Some agents still fail to do it in time and extend it to 4 months. Right now even if they open up after Eid, there won't be enough time [ 2 months at least ] for agents to search and rent homes.
- May be they will go Arab only. Or KSA/UAE only. Or something like that. VIP hajj for the rich.
