More than the Sanders' dropping news, I don't see how the US election this year can be carried out in this condition.
What's the protocol than? War like status quo? The president will continue to lead until any new election? Who decides when to trigger it?
I only know who becomes president when both the US president and VP dies. That's more like a general knowledge in Tom Clancy novels. But not this one.
