British Medical Journal reports latest testing from China shows that 80% of the infected are asymptomatic. Indicating it probably has been widely spread. And lockdown that the world is now practicing is hurting only its economy and not much.

Lets forget the economy at the moment. UNLESS those asymptomatics later become symptomatic, our new calculation should indicate a hospitalization rate of 4% and death of 1%.
Still not good, but at least not as bad as previously feared, which was 20% needing hospitalization.
Things might change later. If these numbers aren't backed, or it's shown that these asymptomatics were just early detection before onset.
