Sweden isn't going for any lockdown or quarantine. It has measured fatality rate at 3% and is happy to accept it. And as for lockdown they understand that it's temporary and doesn't solve anything. Numbers will start to shoot up as soon as lockdown is removed. Link in comment.

As for BD this fatality rate would probably double with the same measure, as there's no working health care here whatever. Virtually all hospitals are closed out of fear.
