Soap and water is poor man's hand sanitizer. Those that can't buy expensive sanitizers should revert to this "also" solution. Right?
WRONG!
Truth is :
Soap and water work far better then hand sanitizers. And rather hand sanitizers are an alternative for those that can't use soap and water for some reason.
