Mecca : between Magrib and Esha. Generally in this time you can't even stand on the Mataf [ this whole circle ], it used to be so much crowded.

Medina : Image where the imam stands now. Just outside of the original mosque border.

Anyway, it's all Saudis now. No one else can enter. And this most likely will continue over Ramadan.
