With 15% of the infected needing oxygen supply, and 5% needing forced pumping of oxygen, as if he is dead -- Italian doctors now have to *choose* whom to save. They are excluding the very old and trying to save the young first.
I read about such scenes in WW2 stories, doctors looking around camps to choose whom to save. Save the less wounded while leave the more wounded to die untreated.
