With news of Russia banning export of all "vital" medical supplies, the details have now turned into no news. Basically all countries in the world are hoarding medical supplies. It's up to which country has what of its own, that now matters.
Anything dependent on a supply chain from abroad is also off.
On a positive side : China is resuming, more signs more photos. And India is importing raw material for medicine using aircraft to speed things up.
