Good news : China is resuming. My guess : production now at 60%. Though everything surrounding Hubae is still down.
They need to produce at 200% capacity to compensate for the lag. The positive is that -- before the infection they had a slowdown. Which means they possibly have that excess capacity.
We shall know watching the price in the market six months later.
