In the 80s and 90s, it was always feared that AIDS will wreck havoc Islamic countries too, just like all non-Islamic ones, as AIDS doesn't distinguish between religion.
Now 40 years later. We can confirm that only countries that it wrecked havoc were the non-Islamic ones. As no Islamic country in the world had AIDS as epidemic.
