Video of Saudi Tornado fighter downed in Yemen released.
Note that Tornado is a British fighter, was designed to fly at high speed at low altitude. But is extremely susceptible to ground attack because of its large heat signature.
Was used in Iraq fight in 1991 in the first wave of attack. And more tornadoes fell to ground than the US fighters. IIRC.
Anyway interesting video to watch. So many technologies in work. The missile being fired is a Soviet made one.
Saudi has acknowledged the loss.
