- 1 dead and 150 wonded today when Turkey's own airlines Boeing 737 skid off end of runway while landing. This is the third plane that skid off runway this year. The other two happened in Iran.
- 40 dead in Turkey in avalanche, while trying to rescue 2 persons who died earlier in the same place.
- 40 died in earthquake in Turkey that occurred last week.
- Add 6 Turkish solider dead under Syrian fire. That's the first recorded Turkish casualty in this decade long war.
