Rumors : it says that Israel is going to annex all occupied territories whether Palestinians like it or not. But if they accept the plan and want peace they have to recognize Israel and disarm themselves. In exchange they get, well nothing.
Unlikely to succeed.
But then again, its unlikely to fail too. Israel has already annexed its occupied territories and will do the same for the rest.
