The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "Whoever bears witness that:

there is nothing worthy of worship except God alone, without any partner,

Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger,

Jesus is God's servant, His Messenger, and His Word and Spirit sent from Him to Mary,

Paradise is true,

Hell is true,

...then God will accept whatever deeds he accomplished and enter him into Paradise from any of its eight gates that he wishes."
