A fourth BD-India meeting now cancelled which was about to take place in Delhi. Link in comment. More sign of a troubled relationship.
We are standing on the edge of a new decade. Large changes seem to appear within a few years of a new decade.
If you ask me which were the history altering years in the last 50 years, I would mark these years : 1979, 1991, 2001, 2011.
I have marked 2022 for the next change.
