I stopped making scrambled fried eggs after onion price spike. Now that price has fallen, today I cooked one after many months. Tastes good : 👌
The large onions now available in the market are sized x10 the locally produced one. If this crisis didn't start, we would have never seen such foreign spices, let alone eat one.
Previously I had to cut and put in a full onion in the egg. Now just a very little portion from the very large onion was enough.
