French inventor successfully crosses English channel on his hover board. He attempted it last week, but failed when he tried to land on a boat midway for refueling, missed the landing pad and toppled on the sea.
This time he was successful. Took 20 mins to cross 35 km at 170 km/hr top speed. Re-fueled once. Therefore these hover boards still can't fly more than 10 mins on a single charge-fuel load.
His one runs on liquid fuel though. The fuel tank is his back pack.
His hover board reminds me of Greed Goblin from Spider man cartoon that I used to watch as kid.
