Month of Dil-hajj will start InshaAllah on next Friday evening (2nd Aug) in BD-IN-PK. 3rd Aug being the first of Dil-hajj. In middle east it will start from the prior day, 1st Aug evening.
Note that you need to trim your nails and get your hair cut before this time, as it's better to not do so in the first 10 days of Dil-hajj.
The forbiddance is stronger in Salafi school. But lighter in Hanafi school. In the later you are allowed to cut even in these 10 days, if you need to.
