Month of Dilhajj will start on next Friday evening (2nd Aug) in BD-IN-PK.
Note that before that you need to trim your nails, get your hair cut before that as it's better to not do so in the first 10 days of Dilhajj.
The forbiddance is stronger in Salafi school. But lighter in Hanafi school. As in you can trim nail and get your hair cut in this 10 days if you feel necessary.
