For as long as I can remember, global warming was a matter of faith. Scientists predicting "the end is near" and people listening but ignoring. And timeline after timeline of doom and gloom failed to meet reality. Nothing changed. No coastal city went underwater, and no! sea level didn't rise 3 meters.
Until recent years should I say. Now you don't need to "believe" in global warming you can actually "feel" it.
Record heat in Europe. 107 degrees Fahrenheit? Our body temperature hardly rise above 104F when we are sick. And that's in Europe, not at an equatorial desert.
Add with it :
Fire in north pole, swath of jungles and trees are burning like never before.
Temperature in cities crossing all records ever kept.
World temperature rising like never before in 2000 years in history.
Today : Glacial are melting 100 times faster than what was thought before.
It's like a chain reaction. A side effect of one warming creating other conditions with even more warming.
